Winter Car Kit Essentials

Snow is on the ground, bone chilling air abounds and we're counting down the days until spring, which as of today is 75 days in the near future.  So, with winter beating us into sub zero temperatures, there is never a better time to ensure your winter car kit is ready.  

A well prepared winter car kit will depend on your particular needs which includes the average number of passengers, any traveling pets and where your traveling just to name a few needs to consider.  Basic essential supplies include: jumper cables, blanket, water, nonperishable snacks, flashlight, ice scraper, snow brush, and a small shovel.  You should also strongly consider having windshield washer fluid, a portable battery charger that will also charge your cell phone, and a basic tool kit that includes duct tape.  Now to make sure you have enough supplies for your passengers including your fur family.
